- 3M™ Tegaderm™ High Gelling Alginate Dressings form an amorphous gel-like mass when saturated, are highly conformable and ideally suited to the management of moderate to heavily exudating or full thickness wounds.
- The saturated dressings may be gently irrigated from the wound bed at dressing change.
- Reacts with wound exudate to form a gelatinous mass that maintains a moist wound healing environment
