Mepilex® Foam Dressing
Mepilex® is a foam dressing that is suitable in addressing a wide range of wounds such as venous leg ulcers, pressure ulcers and diabetic ulcers.
- This dressing minimizes pain and wound or skin damage when a dressing change is needed.
- It can be cut to fit making it ideal for difficult to dress areas.
- Dynamic backing film with increased breathability: Bacterial and viral barrier, enhanced moisture vapour permeability for optimal exudates management.
- Absorbent foam pad: Absorbs and retains exudates to promote moisture balance and conforms to body contours.
- Safetac® layer: Adheres gently to intact skin and minimizes the risk of maceration.
- It can handle up to three times more wound fluid through a combination of increased breathability and excellent absorption.
- Sterile.
